Leadership Workshops

Build your Leadership Operating System. Multiply your Impact.

Purpose Centered Leadership Workshop

Organizational Program

Full-Day (8 Hours)  |  5–10 Participants  |  6 Months Coaching Support

The Workshop

This is a facilitated workshop, not a lecture.

Participants work through the Purpose-Centered Leadership (PCL) model to identify and examine their current default leadership operating system. What's driving their behavior. What's working. What isn't. What needs to change.

You can't fix what you haven't identified.

The day is structured for dialogue, reflection, and deep work. Participants leave with a clear picture of what needs to be built, what needs to be removed, and a concrete plan for building the leadership operating system that serves both them and their organization.

The Coaching

The workshop is the beginning, not the end.

Every participant receives ongoing monthly coaching for up to 6 months to ensure the insights from the workshop translate into real, sustained behavior change. Implementation is where most leadership development breaks down. We stay in it with them.

Best For: Intact senior leadership teams, high-potential cohorts, succession programs, post-merger and role transition contexts.

Benefits

What Every Participant Leaves With

  • A Zone of Intentional Impact Statement - a working leadership operating document

  • A Value Proposition Statement - how their strengths serve organizational priorities

  • A 90-Day Intentional Leadership Plan - specific, observable behavior commitments tied to team and organizational goals

Organizational Outcomes

  • Employees with a stronger leadership capacity

  • Higher-performing teams under those leaders

  • Improved engagement and retention

  • Stronger succession pipelines

  • Sharper strategic alignment

The Technical Leader Workshop

Group Coaching

10 Max Per Group  |  In-Person + Virtual  |  6–8 Months

The Problem

Promoting a strong individual contributor into a leadership role without leadership preparation is one of the most common — and costly — mistakes organizations make.

In technical fields, this is especially damaging. Specialists tend to be introverts and ambiverts who are wired to go deep on problems, not lead people. Without intentional development, your best expert becomes a lead who still operates like an individual contributor — and the team breaks down around them.

What Suffers

  • Communication: Some experts assume others know what to do or get too technical and lose the room.

  • Delegation: "It's faster if I do it myself" becomes the default.

  • Team cohesion: Without clear direction, people do what they think they understood - which is often wrong.

  • Culture: Instead of a team, you end up with a group of individuals working in parallel.

Ideal For: Organizations with high concentrations of technical talent being moved into leadership roles — software companies, engineering firms, construction, research, and pharmaceutical organizations.

Benefits

What the Program Develops

This is not a skills checklist program. Participants develop the foundational leadership capabilities that technical leaders most often lack: connecting with people, building trust, communicating with clarity, delegating effectively, and developing the leaders around them.

That last piece is where organizations see the real return. Leaders who build other leaders multiply their impact in ways that individual performance never can.

89% of employees express a desire for purpose in their lives, with 70% defining their purpose through their work.*

Research has shown a direct and positive impact on productivity and profitability when team members can express their purpose at work. This desire for purpose is consistent across various studies and is particularly pronounced among millennials, who often view their work as a life-calling.

  • The feedback from my leadership team was fantastic! Each leader was able to spend time focusing on their true talents and how to better leverage them in their role as a leader, as well as leveraging them in building stronger teams. I would recommend this session to anyone interested in building stronger, more engaged teams through purposeful leveraging of talent and strengths.

  • I wasn’t looking to move up, I was looking to get out of a role that didn’t fit. Kene’s coaching helped me confidently prioritize what I wanted and hold out for the right opportunity. I took a pay cut to make the move but gained a role and culture that suit who I am. Recognizing the distinction between innate abilities and learned skills has been one of the most valuable things I’ve taken away.

  • This workshop was eye-opening and immediately practical. It helped me reframe the conversation with my employer, not as what I want, but as how to make me most useful to them. That shift in perspective helped me land a new role more aligned with who I actually am.

  • Kene helped me understand why I’m so good at what I do with solid foundations, not just a feeling. More importantly, it pushed me to lean into the work I enjoy most and that delivers the most value. I didn’t change jobs, but I earned an ‘outstanding’ performance rating and a 15% bonus increase as a direct result of that shift.
