Career Coaching

Do work that fits who you are and where you create most impact.

Your work should be more than just a paycheck. It should reflect your natural strengths, align with how you create the most value, and connect with a deeper sense of purpose.

Success on paper doesn’t always translate to fulfillment at work. Many high-performing professionals reach a point in their careers where they begin to question whether they’re on the right path. They may be financially successful, respected in their field, and outwardly thriving—yet feel disconnected, unfulfilled, or uncertain about what comes next. And often, that uncertainty comes with guilt.

“I have a good job. I’m well compensated. Why do I feel this way?”

The truth is, your work should be more than a source of income. It should reflect your natural strengths, align with how you create the most value, and connect with a deeper sense of purpose.

In a workplace being rapidly reshaped by AI, organizational restructuring, and shifting business demands, understanding your unique value has never been more important.

Too many professionals stay stuck in roles that drain them—simply because change feels risky.

You don’t have to.

Is this coaching right for you?

This program is designed for professionals who are ready to gain clarity and move forward with intention.

  • Career Change: You’ve achieved financial success, but your work no longer feels meaningful. Perhaps you’ve changed roles or industries before and still haven’t found the right fit.

  • Career Readiness: AI, automation, and market disruption are changing the professional landscape. You want to understand how to remain relevant, adaptable, and valuable.

  • Career Growth: You enjoy your work but feel uncertain about your next step. You want a clear strategy for growth and greater impact.

  • Career Realignment: You want to stay in your current organization but better understand where you can contribute at your highest level and create greater value.

Our Approach

Many of our clients come to us successful by conventional standards—but deeply dissatisfied in their careers.

Through our Finding Your Career Sweet Spot process, clients gain clarity about their natural abilities, ideal work environments, and long-term direction. Many transition into work that feels more aligned and fulfilling—without sacrificing financial success.

Because every career journey is different, this coaching experience is fully customized to your goals, pace, and schedule.

  • Session 1: 2-hour deep-dive session

  • Follow-up sessions: 60 minutes each

  • Sessions scheduled collaboratively based on your availability

  • Coaching delivered virtually via Zoom

What You’ll Gain

Through this process, you will:

  • Gain a clear understanding of your natural abilities and how they influence your best work

  • Identify the work functions, roles, and environments where you are most likely to thrive

  • Learn how to clearly articulate your unique value to your organization or future employers

  • Work through the broader life questions that influence career decisions

  • Develop a long-term vision that aligns your personal values with your professional goals

  • Build a more intentional, purpose-driven path forward

Assessment Tools

As part of the coaching process, you’ll receive lifetime access to the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB)—one of the most comprehensive ability assessments available.

Unlike personality assessments that rely on self-reporting, the HAB objectively measures natural abilities through timed tasks and performance-based exercises.

The assessment takes approximately 3.5 hours to complete and is accessed through a secure online portal using your unique client code.

The insights from this assessment help create a highly personalized coaching experience grounded in how you naturally think, work, and perform best.

**You must complete your assessment before our first meeting.

  • We needed an effective career coaching program accessible from any part of the world. The ‘Find Your Career Sweet Spot’ program was exactly what we needed.

    —Georgia Tech Alumni Association

  • Of all the self-assessments I’ve taken, none focused on understanding who I am based on my inherent, natural abilities until Kene’s program. It gave me both direction and the language to articulate to others how I’m wired. It led me directly to the next chapter of my professional career.

    —Todd R

  • I wasn’t looking to move up, I was looking to get out of a role that didn’t fit. Kene’s coaching helped me confidently prioritize what I wanted and hold out for the right opportunity. I took a pay cut to make the move but gained a role and culture that suit who I am. Recognizing the distinction between innate abilities and learned skills has been one of the most valuable things I’ve taken away.

    —Tom W

  • This workshop was eye-opening and immediately practical. It helped me reframe the conversation with my employer, not as what I want, but as how to make me most useful to them. That shift in perspective helped me land a new role more aligned with who I actually am.
