“I believe everyone has a unique purpose and talent mix. I love helping people uncover and engage these in a fulfilling career.”
Kene Iloenyosi
Executive Coach, Speaker & Author
Kene is the founder of Talent Revolution, a leadership and career development practice built on one foundational conviction: people do their best work when their purpose, strengths, and organizational priorities are aligned. Misalignment, not lack of skill, is the root cause of most leadership under-performance.
He is the creator of the Purpose-Centered Leadership framework - a four-quadrant model built around Identity (WHO), Purpose (WHY), Abilities (HOW), and Output (WHAT); the architecture behind everything Talent Revolution delivers: executive coaching, leadership workshops, keynotes, and organizational programs.
Kene has worked with more than 3,000 professionals and leaders; from emerging executives to the C-suite, helping them harness their natural abilities, develop executive presence, and lead with clarity and intention.
He is the author of "Finding Your Sweet Spot", "DNA of Talent", and "Put Your Purpose to Work" - books that have helped thousands of people unlock their unique potential and build careers that matter.
